Introducing Preschool Programs at ProHealth West Wood

Ages 2 – 5 Years Old

Join us for an exciting adventure as we bring you Preschool Programming like never before! At ProHealth West Wood Health & Fitness Center, we’ve designed a nurturing environment that fosters both fun and community for your little ones. These courses provide fun and community for children ages 2 – 5 years old. Learn more about our Preschool Programs.

Eight-week session cost: $100 for members and $115 non-members

September 11 through October 30

Art, Music & Storytime: In this weekly ongoing course, children will sing songs, read a story, and create an art project.

Two’s and Three’s Time: This toddler class focuses on helping children learn to socialize and interact with each other while doing a variety of fun activities.

• Mondays | 10:15am through 11:15am | Ages 2 through 5 years old

September 13 through November 1

Jiggly Wiggly: In this class the child and their grown-up will play, sing, and do many activities.

• Wednesdays | 9:00am through 10:00am | Ages 6 months through 2 years

Nurturing Nature: We will discuss and create nature ideas with weekly themes. Dress for the weather.  We will explore all things outdoors!

• Wednesdays | 10:15am through 11:15am | Ages 3 through 5

Four-month session cost: $175 members and $200 non-member

September 12 through December 21, and January 9 through May 23

Little Learners: This program focuses on reviewing basic skills such as letter/number recognition but does so in a way that feels like play. Teachers will also work on important social skills such as taking turns, sharing, and engaging during circle time.
