Splash Dancin class is just that! A way to splash and dance in the water while also improving flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance. We use simple dance-like moves that are low impact and easy to follow with popular songs from various decades. Come splash with us!

Studio 1

This class is a rotating mix of different formats to keep your body guessing.  Freestyle, Intervals, BodyPump and BodyCombat are the formats that will be mixed in with different instructors each week to get you the results you want.

Strength Circuits

Studio 1

This strength class is designed to provide full body strength movements in stations with timed intervals for each movement. With small cardio bursts and or active recovery between strength sets this great new format will help to build lean muscle mass all while building comradery with your fellow classmates.
