Celebrate Senior Health & Fitness Day with us.

Join us for a special health and fitness event for our senior community. Seniors 65 and better will have complimentary access to ProHealth West Wood Health & Fitness Center all day long. Come explore our fitness center, participate in group activities and connect with other seniors in a supportive environment. Plus, seniors can save on membership with a special offer on this day only.

Join Wednesday, May 28 and receive $0.65 June dues.

• 11 a.m.: Zumba Gold® in the gymnasium (Open to all)
• Participate in any of our Group Exercise classes (Must complete a guest waiver at the Member Services desk.)

Members who visit the Human Performance booth will receive a complimentary one-week gift certificate to any of the above HP programs.
