In order to reach your personal health and fitness goals, the West Wood Health & Fitness Center offers a variety of personal training options. Our Personal Trainers are nationally certified and have a 4-year degree in a health-related field. They are qualified and skilled in areas such as post-rehabilitation and injury prevention, functional training, sport-specific training, strength training, weight management and more.
Frequency and length can vary to meet your needs, schedule and budget. You will receive both instruction and encouragement from your trainer to help you reach your goals. A personal trainer is not just a coach, but someone who serves as an educator, aids in lifestyle change and becomes a positive and supportive source of motivation and encouragement.
