Exercise has been a large part of my life between being an athlete and enjoying an activelifestyle. Both aspects bring me joy because I am able to better myself and be part of communities who also hold activity at high importance. My life is better because of this type of atmosphere and those I am surrounded by. Due to this passion for activity, I decided I want to be a positive influence on the lives of others in my career which lead me to pursuing an education with emphasis on health and wellness.
