For professionals who must deal with the pressing demands of fitness, family, work and leisure, my integrated training regimen provides the structure and guidance needed to balance schedules. My approach to fitness is to help my clients establish realistic goals while customizing workouts to best suit their stage in life and fitness level. As a mom, I appreciate the need to develop routines and programs compatible with the demands of a busy parent. I believe that the combination of a client's will and determination combined with a trainer's direction and knowledge will lead to the achievement of one's goals.

I can't stress the importance of strength training for improving performance, self confidence and one's quality of life. My main goal is to create effective exercise routines that compliment an individual's hectic lifestyle.  With my help you will improve your overall fitness, sports performance and self-image.

Background/Training Style

Professional experience includes personal training, health promotion, group exercise instruction, program director, member services and general manager of a children's fitness center. Clientele has included post-rehab patients, sport-specific clients and individuals seeking weight loss and program variety.
