Growing up I was always involved in a sport from the time I could walk all the way through high school. When I went off to college and was no longer on a team, I found my passion for fitness.  My goal is to help others enjoy living a healthy lifestyle.  No matter where you are starting from, I can help you set a goal and guide you along the way.  "There are steps you can take right now that will make today healthier than yesterday and pave the way for healthy living tomorrow."
