What is FIT zone?
The FIT zone is small group training instructed by certified Personal Trainers. The workouts accommodate all fitness levels.
Classes incorporate battle ropes, slam balls, kettlebells, plyometrics, TRX®, and much more. The goal of the class is to challenge your body in new ways to help you continually see results. The FIT zone allows for the personal attention of a trainer in a group setting that focuses on camaraderie and accountability.
