The West Wood Health & Fitness Center features state-of-the-art fitness equipment, professional management and staff, as well as a full menu of amenities designed to create an invigorating, relaxing experience.

Our Health and Fitness Center Includes the Following Features:

Fitness Floor
West Wood Health and Fitness Center’s Fitness Floor has 130 pieces of exercise equipment that provides you with a variety of options suitable for all abilities and levels. Our exercise equipment includes cardiovascular, strength training and a functional fitness area, including selectorized strength stations, plate loaded strength stations, free weights, multi-station training unit, treadmills, ellipticals, cross-trainers, arc trainers, rowers, step mills, upright and recumbent bikes, spin bikes, upper body ergometer and Nu-Steps.

Group Exercise Classes & Studios
We have packed our studios with more than 100 classes offering a wide variety of choices for all skill levels. Members enjoy free classes in our Group Fitness
Studio 1 on the second floor. Light, bright and large, this studio has all the group fitness equipment you need – bands, balls, BOSUs, weights and more. Studio 2 is dedicated to our Keiser indoor cycles and our Les Mills Virtual Classes. Cycle Classes are abundant with over 30 bikes. No need for reservations. Cycling classes are included in membership fees. Virtual Fitness Classes are available any time a live class is not in session. You pick the class and enjoy world-class instruction and the great Les Mills programming.

Aquatics Center
Get wet and fit with a wide variety of water activities including group fitness classes, lap swimming, and private swim lessons.  From kick boards and fins to flotation belts and barbells, we have everything you need to get in the water and enjoy every stroke on the way to meeting your personal fitness goal. Professional instructors will help you learn new skills and refine old favorites.

Kids Club
We would like to welcome you and your child/children to West Wood and assure you that you have chosen a bright, safe, stimulating environment for your kids.

The Spa at West Wood
The Spa at West Wood is a soothing environment designed to renew both body and spirit. Our mission is to provide high-quality, nurturing treatments tailored to optimize your health and wellness. We invite you to experience our pampering and restorative health and beauty treatments. Our comprehensive menu of services is designed to meet the diverse needs of both men and women. Spa services include customized massages, skin care, body treatments, waxing and nail care.
