A personal training program at West Wood Health and Fitness Center provides you with a certified and degreed Personal Trainer skilled in the latest and safest exercise techniques. Your Personal Trainer will design or refine a biomechanically safe and effective program for you. Your Personal Trainer will motivate and educate you to achieve maximal results and benefits. Personal Training sessions expire 12 months from purchase. Our cancellation policy requires a 24 hour notice to your Personal Trainer. Trainers will schedule appointments after clients have registered and paid for their sessions in advance.
Group Personal Training
A Personal Trainer will work with up to three people who want to be trained together. The cost of the session will be divided between the number of people being trained. A 24-hour cancellation notice is necessary from the group or the group will be charged for the session.
