Jill is a licensed Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist. She graduated summa cum laude from the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine with a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture, and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. Jill is nationally accredited in Acupuncture through the NCCAOM. She received her first undergraduate degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor’s in Biological Aspects of Conservation and a Certificate in Environmental Studies. Her previous profession was as a Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory Technologist at the BloodCenter of Wisconsin, where she performed DNA based testing for clinical assays, including genetic disorders, engraftment/chimerism assessment for pre/post bone marrow transplants, and red cell antigen genotyping. Jill has been in private practice since 2006, and joined 5 Elements Acupuncture at West Wood in 2008. In 2015, Jill took over as the owner of 5 Elements Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine. She is experienced in treating a wide range of issues, including acute/chronic pain, women’s health, infertility, headaches/migraines, gastrointestinal issues, cancer support, and mental health and wellness. Jill is passionate about spending quality time with all of her patients to provide them with well-informed and individualized care.
