The Spa at West Wood is a soothing environment designed to renew both your body and spirit. Our mission is to provide high-quality, nurturing treatments tailored to optimize your health and wellness.
We invite you to experience our pampering and restorative health and beauty treatments. Our comprehensive menu of services is designed to meet the diverse needs of both men and women. Spa services includes customized massages, skincare , body treatments, waxing, nailcare and laser hair removal.
Our Spa Environment
The Spa at West Wood fosters a respectful, welcoming environment for our spa guests. Come just as you are - we offer private locker room facilities, robes, footwear and full amenities to meet your needs.
Spa Packages
The Spa offers a 15% discount on any six (of the same) massage, facial, manicure, pedicure, fill or two-tone services purchased. Please see our receptionist for details.
Appointments and Cancellations
Please call the spa directly at (262) 513-7236 for scheduling. We suggest you book your appointments at least two weeks in advance. All appointments will be secured with a gift card or credit card. With respect for the therapists and technicians, should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment(s), please notify the spa at least 24 hours in advance. At the discretion of the Spa manager, cancellations within 24 hours or less will be charged 50 % of the service. All “no shows” will be charged at full price.
Hours
Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Check-in
We encourage you to check-in at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are delayed, your service will still end at the scheduled time so that other guests are not inconvenienced.
Child Care
Child care is available for children ages 6 weeks to 11 years old free of charge for a maximum of two hours.. Call Kids Club for details at (262) 513-7231.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase in any dollar amount in The Spa or by phone and my be redeemed for services or products.
Cell Phones
To maintain a relaxing environment in The Spa, cell phones are prohibited.

All prices are listed as member / non-member. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gratuities are not included. We accept cash, check or credit card for gratuities.
